We had a great stay at this luxurious and comfortable hotel. Located in a calm neighbourhood, we enjoyed easy access to public transportation with a quick ride to the city centre or the airport using the Sbahn stop just a short walk away. The room service was excellent and the housekeeping staff kept everything immaculate. We appreciated the variety of shops and services right there on the doorstep including laundry and dry cleaning options. Additionally, the airport shuttle was very convenient, with both free and paid shuttle services available. Our room was well-appointed with all the amenities you'd expect, including an electric kettle and mini-bar. The flat-screen TV and soundproofed rooms ensured the ultimate in relaxation.
Highly recommended for a comfortable and relaxing stay.

The breakfast at Nh Frankfurt Niederrad was excellent, with a wide variety of choices and delicious options. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing us with a city map and directions to the nearest S-Bahn station. The location was convenient, allowing us easy access to downtown Frankfurt and the Christmas market. I would highly recommend this hotel for a stopover near the airport.

The hotel's cleanliness was excellent, with well-maintained rooms and comfortable beds adorned with high-quality linens. The hotel facilities were great, boasting a good bar selection and a cold fridge in the room. Transportation was easy, thanks to the free airport shuttle and easy access to the highway. Although the location was not in the city center, it was conveniently situated near everything, including a supermarket for breakfast items. The staff at the front desk and dining areas were pleasant, efficient, and made check-in a smooth process.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the airport, providing easy access for travelers. it is near an S-Bahn stop, allowing guests to easily reach Frankfurt Main Station or Frankfurt Airport.
The hotel's reception staff lacked language skills and knowledge about promotions, making it difficult to communicate and get necessary information.
